  • Peet developed Carramar Village to cater for the burgeoning local community at its Carramar Golf Course Estate and surrounds. The shopping centre comprises a major supermarket, 16 specialty shops and local services.
  • The 2.8-hectare Delamare Park was developed by Peet as part of its Carramar Golf Course Estate. The park comprises natural woodland, landscaped areas and recreational facilities including tennis and basketball courts, playground areas and fitness circuits.
  • Peet was central to the development of new and now-coveted schools around its Carramar Golf Course Estate. In addition to the land required for the development of the State Government’s Carramar Primary School, Peet provided 12ha of land for the St Stephen's Primary School and was instrumental in bringing the school to the area. St Stephen’s is now one of the most sought-after schools in the district.
  • Peet developed the Wellard Community Pavilion in partnership with the Western Australian Government, Town of Kwinana and the Peter Carnley Anglican Community School.  It provides a multipurpose community facility for use by local, sporting and community groups.
  • A $1.8 million Foreshore Park at Burns Beach was developed to meet the community’s needs for recreational space, while also protecting the foreshore environment.  The park is connected to the coast with boardwalks and features a lookout, barbecue facilities, showers and large areas of open space.
