At Tarneit Gardens, Peet has successfully transformed what was once 65 hectares of former farmland into a thriving masterplanned community that is today home to more than 1,100 households.

Transport links are set to be further improved when Tarneit Link V-Line railway line, located on the corner of Derrimut Road and Leaks Road, is completed. City access is quick and convenient via the Princes Freeway. 
There are several primary and secondary schools located within close proximity and land has been set aside for two future schools within Tarneit Gardens. 
The village centre, located within the estate, will feature a Woolworths supermarket and 20 specialty stores when it opens for trading in December 2013. 
Tarneit Gardens is located within a fast-growing region – so the community benefits from not only local amenities, but nearby ones. There are several shopping centres located within easy reach of the estate, including Wyndham Village Shopping Centre, Werribee Plaza and Hogans Corner Shopping Centre.
